Rockman ZX3/ZXE just a rumor?

Lately i saw many news about zxe/zx3 but is it just a rumor ? this has not yet being confirmed but i hope this game isn't just a RUMOR.Anyway im looking foward with this game.

This game has catched my attention.I think this sequel from Etria odyssey is much better but it has a little problem when players try io put the password that they get from Etrian odyssey.But worry no more cause this problem have been solved!
